Ita then ENG Ho corso nella pioggia. Che bel suono. Eppure la pioggia non ha un suono suo, ben definito. Il suono della pioggia dipende da quante gocce stanno cadendo, da quanto sono grandi e dalla superficie su cui cadono. Il suono della pioggia dipende anche dalla luce che c'è, diventando più cupo o più liberatorio a seconda del momento. Ma il suono della pioggia dipende soprattutto da quanto ti stai inzuppando senza curartene e da quanto sorridi nell'aprire le braccia, volgendo i tuoi occhi chiusi al cielo, in segno di resa e conquista. Scrivere tutto questo, mi ha ricordato la scena qui sotto, una delle più belle de "Il postino", dove Troisi registra i suoni dell'isola, incluso quello del cielo stellato. --- I run in the rain. What a magnificent sound. Rain has no specific sound, though. The sound of rain depends on how many drops are falling, their size and the surface they hit. The sound of rain depends on the light that surrounds you, and it becomes darker or more liberating depending on the moment. But, above all, the sound of rain depends on how much you are getting soaked without even caring about this and on how much you are smiling in opening your arms, turning your closed eyes towards the sky, as a sign of surrender and conquest. Writing all this, reminded me this video, a marvellous scene from "Il Postino" where Trosi records the sounds of the island, including the starry sky one. It has subtitles ;)
