- ENG In the buddhist teachings, three are the poisons that block our growth towards the liberation from sufference: hatred, attachment and ignorance (i.e. inability to perceive the true reality of all things, of the non-existence of an "I" and of a "you", that leads us to feel our happiness as the most important one, if not the only one). However, there are a lot of antidotes, otherwise we wouldn't be here to experience them. As a tennis player, I have always loved tennis, this solitary sport that sets its main challenges and obstacles in the forced pauses, in the thoughts and in the silent anguish. All these obstacles are very similar to the ones we encounter in our life in general. Thus I have tried to explain these three poisons and three of their antidotes with very significant videos, taken from tennis matches. I let the images do the talking.
