- -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- ENG
In Malaysia, people practice many of the main religions: sometimes it's even hard to remember what country I'm in. This magnificent melting-pot of cultures and ethnic groups, and therefore of temples and rituals, went by the arm with my curiosity for others' spirituality. I dedicated a day to a swim through their prayers, carefully observing three of the main religions found here, i.e. Islam, Chinese Buddhism and Hinduism. It's been a "unifying" experience, very delicate but emotional, where I could witness how so different traditions can then peacefully live together. I dedicated the title of this post to 3 very important elements that enriched my tiny spiritual journey: - the Hinduist bindi - the Islamic hijab - the Buddhist and Hinduist swastika, sadly become famous in the West for other kinds of ideology. I wish you all could experience such a powerful exploration!
